These guys do a great job matching the needs of each individual. Unlike some more larger companies, Christian Brothers takes the time to make sure each order is correct. I have asked for specific specs to my sticks with no mistakes made.

Between September and March I'm on the ice 3 or 4 nights a week. I play at a mid-high level of hockey. The players in my league range from ex-Jr A to ex-AHL so I'm seeing some really good hard shots. Over the past few years I have been going through at least 4 foam core sticks a season. This year I decided to try going back to all wood sticks. One of my local pro shops is a Christian dealer, after talking it over with them I figured the stock Christian Diamond stick was dang near exactly what I wanted in a custom stick. The only difference was I kinda like more of a heal curve but it doesn't really make that big of a difference to me as I don't play the puck that much.
These sticks are the toughest sticks I have ever used. There are a ton of puck marks on the shaft & paddle with no real damage to either. The only damage to the blade are skate tracks from poke checking. One of my biggest complaints with the foam core sticks is after 1 or 2 shots to the shaft the fiberglass starts de-laminating and I get slivers. I’ve also had chunks of fiber glass and foam chip out of the paddle after a few shots. This has not been the case with these sticks.
I thought the weight was going to be an issue but after about 2 shinny sessions I didn't even notice. After a full season, I’ve only broke one of them 2 weeks ago and that was only cause a forward stepped on the top of the blade.
