    I also purchased this item for my son who is in mini-mite hockey. Overall, I must say that I am extremely pleased with the product. The stick has a good flex point which makes it easier for youngsters to shoot and or lift the puck. The shaft is made for little hands and is light-weight and strong. The Christian Diamond blade is tough and durable, even for street hockey. My only mistake was that I only ordered one, however, that will soon be remedied. Thanks again! Great stick!

    My son's game has improved unbelievably since he switched to the CB Medalist wood stick! His ability to RECEIVE a pass has improved dramatically! There is no fumbling of the puck. A composite stick is great for older kids, but they are way to light for a mite/squirt. Great quality! Best wood stick on the market for a young player!!

    The more my son plays with this stick the more I'm convinced that EVERY Squirt and below should play with a quality wood stick! Every aspect of his game has improved! CB make the best wood sticks on the market! Can't recommend their product enough if you want your kid to play to his full potential.
